Praepositus Riesling012.jpg

Unfortunately this is one of those wines I tasted a while back, recalled the imagery and never had a second chance to get a description going. So this may be one of the few times I remember it straight from the few notes I jotted down: It was wonderfully delicate with an essence of round fruit and flower notes held together and controlled, as if by handles of a steering wheel, by a slightly grainy minerality that's sour and tart on the finish. It definitely fell more on the "greener" side-- a bright green-yellow.
